Freshsolutions Marketing Agency Fulfillment Policy
1. Overview
This Fulfillment Policy outlines the terms, procedures, and expectations between Freshsolutions (referred to as "Agency") and its clients (referred to as "Client") regarding the completion and delivery of marketing services. The purpose of this policy is to ensure transparency, consistency, and a positive experience for all parties involved.
2. Scope of Services
The services provided by Freshsolutions may include, but are not limited to:
- Social media management and strategy
- Content creation (e.g., copywriting, graphics, video)
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Pay-per-click advertising (PPC)
- Email marketing
- Web design and development
- Market research and analytics
3. Project Kickoff
- Initial Consultation: An initial consultation meeting will be scheduled to assess the Client's needs, objectives, and goals. This will be followed by a proposal and a detailed service agreement.
- Agreement & Timeline: Once the Client agrees to the terms, Freshsolutions will outline a project timeline and specific milestones for each service.
4. Service Delivery & Timelines
- Timely Delivery: Freshsolutions will provide services in a timely manner as per the agreed-upon timeline. If there are any delays, the Client will be notified in advance.
- Milestones: Each project or campaign will be broken down into measurable milestones. Upon completion of each milestone, the Client will be notified, and feedback will be requested before moving forward.
- Client Approval: Any deliverables, such as drafts, concepts, or reports, will be presented to the Client for review and approval. Freshsolutions will make reasonable revisions within the scope of the project. The Client is expected to provide feedback within 3 business days.
5. Communication & Reporting
- Client Communication: Freshsolutions will assign a primary point of contact to facilitate communication between the Client and the Agency team. Regular updates, including progress reports, will be shared with the Client at agreed-upon intervals (e.g., weekly or monthly).
- Reporting: Freshsolutions will provide performance reports for campaigns or ongoing services, including key metrics such as ROI, engagement rates, traffic, etc. Reports will be delivered according to the agreed-upon schedule.
6. Revision & Rework Policy
- Included Revisions: Freshsolutions will offer up to 3 rounds of revisions per deliverable. Additional revisions may be subject to an additional fee.
- Scope Creep: Any requests that fall outside the original scope of the agreement may incur additional charges. Freshsolutions will provide a detailed estimate and obtain Client approval before proceeding with any out-of-scope work.
7. Payment Terms
- Payment Structure: Payments will be made according to the payment schedule outlined in the service agreement. Payments can be made via [list payment methods, e.g., bank transfer, credit card, PayPal].
- Late Payments: If payment is not received within the agreed time frame, Freshsolutions reserves the right to pause or delay services until payment is made in full.
8. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital marketing services,
Freshsolutions does not offer refunds for services rendered once work has begun. However, we are committed to providing quality service and will work with clients to address any concerns. In the case of dissatisfaction with deliverables:
- Revision Opportunity: Clients are encouraged to provide feedback within 3 business days of receiving deliverables, and Freshsolutions will work to address and resolve the issue by revising the deliverables as appropriate, within the scope of the original agreement.
- Service Termination: If the Client feels that the services are not meeting expectations and wishes to discontinue, Freshsolutions will work with the Client to close the project and provide any outstanding deliverables or reports, but no refund will be issued for services already rendered or in progress.
9. Cancellation Policy
- Client-Initiated Cancellation: If the Client decides to cancel the project or service before completion, written notice of cancellation must be provided at least 3 business days prior to the intended cancellation date. Upon cancellation:
- The Client will be invoiced for any work completed up until the cancellation notice is received.
- The Client is responsible for any costs incurred by Freshsolutions up until that point, including but not limited to third-party fees or pre-purchased media and software.
- No refund will be provided for services rendered up to the point of cancellation.
- Agency-Initiated Cancellation: If Freshsolutions needs to cancel the service or project due to circumstances such as failure to meet payment deadlines, legal issues, or any other serious circumstances:
- Freshsolutions will notify the Client as soon as possible and will provide a final report detailing the work completed.
- Freshsolutions will refund any prepaid fees for work not yet completed, provided the work has not been delivered or is not in progress.
10. Confidentiality
Freshsolutions will maintain the confidentiality of all Client information and materials provided during the course of the project. The Client’s data will only be shared with necessary third parties (e.g., vendors or partners) with the Client's consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
Freshsolutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the execution of services. Freshsolutions' total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service or project in question.
12. Force Majeure
Freshsolutions will not be held responsible for any delays or non-fulfillment of services caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or technical failures.
13. Changes to the Fulfillment Policy
Freshsolutions reserves the right to update or modify this Fulfillment Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
